While he was a Nobel prize winning physicist, we particularly admire his work on the Rogers Commission, which examined the Challenger space shuttle disaster. He identified the seemingly small detail—the O Ring—which caused the accident and he highlighted the importance of always looking hard at the data and always framing it in ways decision-makers can understand.
